Sometimes I think I have the best job in the world. I get to be around people on their happiest day and I get to snuggle with new babies. What can beat that? I do have to say photographing so many cute babies this year has seriously made me want to get busy having more. Especially since my own little munchkin is now officially a toddler! Boy do they get back so fast.

So meet this precious baby girl. Kate is only two weeks old and already alert and ready for action. Here are just a few sneak peeks from her adorable newborn session. So happy to meet you, Kate!

I'm so excited that one of my images from Monica and Kevin's maternity session has been chosen for the cover of Expectant Mother's Guide to Chicago. This magazine is designed to help women find local pregnancy, childbirth, baby, and parenting-related resources in and around Chicago. Be sure to look for a copy at your OB/Gyn's office next month!

Baby Aiden : Six Months Old : Chicago Baby Photography

This was part two of Aiden's first year session and he has become such a big boy! Look at him sitting up now and I love how alert and responsive he's become. He's always had the most beautiful blue eyes and his resemblance to his daddy is remarkable. Can't wait until next time when he'll be on the go!

New Blog Design!

I've been working pretty feverishly to get this new design up and ready. Think this look is a lot cleaner and gets all of the important info right there at your fingertips. The most important thing is that there is a lot more room for me to post my images. Which means bigger pictures from now on! I'm so excited and hope that you all enjoy the new layout. I would love to hear your thoughts and comments on the new look. Especially if your having trouble viewing anything. I'm a mac girl so would love to hear from you pc users out there.
